Byredo - Slow Dance

The slow dance: A moment of rites of passage for girls and boys before transforming into women and men.  A feeling of elation tempered by awkwardness, an intoxicating collision of innocence and experience, of not knowing and knowing, felt across countries, cultures and time.  Slow Dance mixes the ideas of the feminine and the masculine, of bitterness and sweetness, in a rich and intoxicating distillation evoking a warm skin and a panting exchange.  Here (high school) the clichés mingle and become something more;  both familiar and iconoclastic, the perfumer's old arsenal is being modernized and renewed.
